Where we are
Via Fiume, a typical old street which runs under the medieval town
walls
and has always connected the harbour to the town
and allowed for goods to be transported from one to the other.
On each side of the street you could once see the stores
of the merchants and craftsmen, now replaced by little shops and restaurants.
In this atmosphere Salvaneschi's family, which has been ruling
their own Restaurant since 1938,
wants to offer to their dear guests the opportunity
to live magic moments in the quietness and elegance of
his apartments.
Located in the old part of the town, very next to the lake and the harbour,

Reaching Garda Trentino is easy thanks to the main national and international connections: highways, motorways, railways and airports. By car or by bus, by train or by plane: choose the most appropriate means of transport to quickly reach your holiday destination.
AUTO / BUS
The quickest way to get to Garda Trentino by car or bus is by taking the A22
(Modena-Brennero) Highway. The recommended exit is South Rovereto - North Lake Garda, 17 km
far from Riva del Garda; heading south, it is possible to exit at North Trento and then head
along the SS 45b for about 40 km towards Riva del Garda. From Brescia you can get to Riva
del Garda (80km) taking the West Gardesana (SS 45 bis); the stretch between Gargnano and
Riva is very narrow and has many tunnels. The East Gardesana (SS 249) is wider and runs more
smoothly. However, during the high tourist season, delays can occur due to traffic.
To get to Riva del Garda by bus there are connecting services direct from Trento and
Rovereto (TRENTINO
TRASPORTI); from Verona and Desenzano (A.T.V. Bus); from Brescia and
Milan (S.I.A. Bus) and during the summer season (from mid June till the end
of September)
also from Venice (A.T.V. Bus)
TRAIN
If coming by train ( TRENITALIA ), the closest train stop is Rovereto (Brennero line) 20
km
far from Riva del Garda. TRENTINO TRASPORTI bus service connects Rovereto to Torbole, Riva
and Arco. If coming by train, from Milan or Venice, there is the option of stopping at
Desenzano, Peschiera or Verona train stations. From here you can take the A.T.V.
bus
(Verona's Provincial Transport Company) heading towards Riva.
PLANE
The closest
airports to Garda Trentino are those of Verona - Villafranca (Valerio Catullo), Bergamo
(Orio al Serio), Milan (Linate or Malpensa) and Venice (Marco Polo)
