The prices above (minimum price/maximum price) are per day, per apartment (not per person).

The price includes: bed and table linen (changed weekly or at your request); bath linen (changed twice a week or at your request); bath-robes and ILLY Coffee Machine with free capsules (in the Suite 107); NESPRESSO Coffee Machine (in all the other apartments); electricity; hot water; independently regulated heating; Wi-Fi Wireless; TV LCD/SAT; hair-drier; bike storage; free-use of washing machine; final cleaning.

Tourist tax, payable in cash: 1,50 Euro/per day/per person (children under 14 years old are free), and not more as 15,00 Euro/per person/per stay.

The apartments are accurately and elegantly fitted out with every necessary equipment.

A private garage (at 150 m) by request (10,00 Euro/per day or 60,00 Euro/per week) or a special permission for parking in the on-payment streets of the town (5,00 Euro/per day).

Smoking in the apartments and in the common areas is not allowed.

Children under 3 years old don't pay: cot / baby-bed and baby-chair at your request (5,00 Euro/per day).

Arrival: from 3.00 o'clock pm (3:30 in HS) till 6.00 o'clock pm (for different requirements we are at your disposal).

Departure: apartments must be vacated before 10.00 o'clock am (9:30 in HS) (later - if not asked - will be calculated as one day more).

Small pets are allowed at the prices of 5.00 Euro/per day.

The guests of our apartments have 10% off in the below Restaurant Pizzeria "LEON d'ORO" and also in the Restaurant Pizzeria "AL FIUME" (in Arco).
